FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a laryngeal mask. The mask contains carrier component (14) and air duct (16) connected to carrier component (14) to form channel (15) between laryngeal hole (11) in carrier component (14) and inlet (21) of air duct (16). The laryngeal hole is adapted to the tracheal hole, and inlet (21) is made at the end of air duct (16) opposite to the junction of air duct (16) with carrier component (14). The mask has annular cuff (20, 30) attached to the outer part of carrier component (14) around laryngeal hole (11). The mask includes closing element (10, 60, 70), which covers annular cuff (20, 30), bending it with pressing against carrier component (14), and overlaps laryngeal hole (11). Closing element (10, 60, 70) is connected to the outer part of carrier component (14) in a section offset from its junction with annular cuff (20, 30) in the direction of air duct (16), and at the junction of carrier component (14) and closing element (10, 60, 70) or in closing element (10, 60, 70), a disconnectable connection is formed along a closed contour. The mask contains pulling element (12), which is attached to the inner side of closing element (10, 60, 70) facing laryngeal hole (11), placed in specified channel (15) with the possibility of pulling out of air duct (16) through inlet (21), and adapted for disconnecting the disconnectable connection when closing element (10, 60, 70) is removed through inlet (21) of air duct (16).

EFFECT: creation of a laryngeal mask, in which the effective size of the carrier component, which is decisive when introducing the mask, can be significantly reduced compared to known approaches and which preferably lacks some other disadvantages inherent in known approaches.
