SUBSTANCE: to achieve the technical result, the wireless apparatus receives an indication of the first uplink/downlink, UL-DL, configuration; compares the first UL-DL configuration with the reference UL-DL configuration and determines whether the communication direction of at least one communication resource indicated in the first UL-DL configuration matches the communication direction of at least one corresponding communication resource indicated by the reference UL-DL configuration; and determines, based on the comparison of the reference UL-DL configuration with the first UL-DL configuration, that at least one communication resource is subject to be used for one from the communication system long-term evolution (LTE) radio access network and the new radio (NR) access network.

EFFECT: resolution of cases of communication resource configurations for dual connection provided the existence of a mixture of carriers on the side of LTE, operating both in FDD and TDD.
