SUBSTANCE: device is disclosed containing one or more computer-readable media containing instructions; and one or more processors associated with the said one or more computer-readable media is disclosed to execute instructions for implementing a communication module and a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) module. The HARQ module is configured to identify a time division duplexed (TDD) reference configuration based on the first TDD configuration of the primary serving cell (PCell) and the second TDD configuration of the secondary serving cell (SCell). The communication module is configured to transmit acknowledgment information associated with the downlink data received via the SCell according to the time HARQ of the reference TDD configuration. Herewith the confirmation information includes the HARQ confirmation signals (HARQ-ACK); only the HARQ-ACK signals associated with the downlink data of the secondary serving cell (SCell) are to be transmitted according to the time HARQ of the reference TDD configuration; and the HARQ-ACK signals associated with the downlink data of the primary serving cell (PCell) are to be transmitted only according to the time HARQ of the first TDD configuration.

EFFECT: increasing the bandwidth and providing the flexibility, when using network resources.
