FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming transplant from a portion of tendon of musculus rectus femoris, strained muscle covering knee cap, proper ligament of kneepan. Its distal part connections to tissues of the anterior complex of synovial formations are retained. The transplant is brought through fat body into the articulation cavity over the posterior edge of the lateral condyle through anterolateral part of the capsule.
