FIELD: water purification.
SUBSTANCE: system and method for waste water treatment can be used to purify sewage and waste water from nitrogen and/or phosphorus salts. The system for waste water treatment comprises a module for a sequential nitrification/denitrification process (SBR), including a first tank A (2) and a second tank B (3), and a module of a membrane bioreactor (MBR) (12). The SBR module (1) and the MBR module (12) are fluidly connected. The SBR (1) is also provided with holes (7, 8) connected with a waste water inlet pipe (5), wherein said waste water inlet pipe and holes located in the inlet (6) are equipped with a control mechanism (9) intended for controlling the supply of the flow from the inlet pipe (5) to one of the holes (7, 8). The holes (7, 8) are connected with the second tank B (3) and the first tank A (2), respectively. The first tank A (2) is also equipped with a drain (11) connected with the MBR (12). The drain (11) can be opened or closed using a locking mechanism (11a). The second tank B (3) is additionally equipped with a drain (10) connected with the MBR (12), wherein the drain (10) can be opened or closed using a locking mechanism (10a). The MBR (12) includes at least one of the chambers (12a, 12b, 12c), each chamber is equipped with an opening (13a, 13b, 13c) facing the SBR (1), and the outlet (14) is hydraulically connected with the chambers (12a, 12b, 12c) and the exhaust pipe (15). A hole (4) is made in the SBR (1) between the first tank A (2) and the second tank B (3), wherethrough a flow equivalent to the supplied flow passes from the tank receiving the supplied flow to the tank with a closed hole (7, 8) connected with the inlet body (6) during the four phases of the process of sequential nitrification/denitrification of the process of waste water treatment. The MBR channel (16) is located between the first tank A (2), the second tank B (3) of the SBR (1) and the chambers (12a, 12b, 12c) of the MBR (12), hydraulically connected with the chambers (12a, 12b, 12c) by means of holes (13a, 13b, 13c) of the MBR (12) and hydraulically connected with the first tank A (2) and the second tank B (3) of the SBR (1) by means of the drains (10, 11). The method for waste water treatment is implemented in the claimed system for waste water treatment in four phases of sequential nitrification/denitrification.
EFFECT: claimed system and method for waste water treatment provide an increase in the productivity of the unit and a decrease in the total biological volume of the MBR and SBR tanks.
