FIELD: glazing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glazing 1, in particular, glazing of a vehicle. Glazing contains glass 2, along at least part of at least one edge, profiled gasket 6 containing groove 60 for latching lining 7 on profiled gasket 6. Lining 7 contains in the cross-section anchor 70 penetrating to groove 60 during latching. When anchor 70 is in groove 60, lining 7 additionally contains, from one side, further outwards than anchor 70 and outside groove 60, base 72 located at the same time opposite and at a distance of at least part of specified rib surface 21 of glass 2 and at least part of rib surface 21' of adjacent 2', and from the other side, further outwards than base 72, soft external coating 73 located opposite to both at least part of rib surface 21 of specified glass 2 and at least part of rib surface 21' of adjacent glass 2'. Specified external coating 73 has hardness according to Shore A from 45 to 90 and even from 55 to 85.
EFFECT: ease and reliability of connecting two adjacent glasses butt-to-butt or connecting glass to the body is provided.
