FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: supply device (20) for micro foam generation includes a tank (37) for the surfactant solution, a gas feeding device (23), a directing device for the surfactant solution in the tank (37) and gas along the flow to the outlet. The directing device includes a channel, which has a foaming segment (25) for the foam generation from the surfactant solution (21) and gas (23). The foaming segment (25) has internal sizes, including the area of the internal wetted area, the two-phase flow path length, total volume and porosity, providing for the foam generation, the quality of which is characterized by the specified characteristics. The internal sizes are characterized by the ratio between the parameter, which is equal to the area of the wetted surface, multiplied by the two-phase flow path length and reduced by the volume. The internal sizes are also characterized by porosity and constants. The feeding device and directing device are designed to feed gas and the surfactant solution the foaming segment with fluid characteristics, including specific gas velocity and specific fluid velocity. The foam generation method and foam can be obtained with the help of the supply device.

EFFECT: providing the generation of high-quality foam and increasing the cost efficiency of the supply device.
