SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgery, and can be used to predict the risk of developing destructive forms of acute cholecystitis. To do this, the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase (GGTP) is determined in the blood serum. The indicators of enzyme activity are ranked by points relative to the average values of these indicators in healthy people: an increase in GGTP and alkaline phosphatase above the average values by 25-50% is taken as -1 point, more than 50% as -2 points; a decrease in these indicators by 25-50% is for +1 point, more than 50% for +2 points; a decrease in LDH and CPK by 25-50% is taken as -1, by 50% for -2 points; an increase in these indicators by 25-50% is for +1, by more than 50% for +2 points. The integral index of the destruction prognosis (IIDP) is calculated by summing up the points, and if the IIDP value is greater than 0, a high risk of developing acute destructive cholecystitis is predicted, and if the IIDP value is less than 0, a low risk is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides high accuracy in predicting the risk of gallbladder destruction at an early stage of the disease, which determines the timely choice of the most rational treatment tactics.
