FIELD: medicine; surgery and ultrasound diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for early diagnosis of destructive forms of acute cholecystitis. The physical symptoms of Murphy, Ker and Grekov-Ortner are determined. Thermometry is performed and the indicators of leukocytosis, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, IgA, IgG and IgM values are determined. The presence of hyperechoic suspension, drooping symptom, wall heterogeneity, perivesical effusion is determined during ultrasound examination. Computed tomography of the abdominal organs reveals intramural accumulation of gas, a “sandwich” symptom, pericholecystitis, and accumulation of gas in the lumen of the gallbladder. During duodenoscopy, edema, erythema, and erosion are detected. The obtained criteria are assigned points, and with a score of 1 to 28, acute destructive cholecystitis is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method enables to early diagnose the destructive forms of cholecystitis and timely determine the treatment tactics by evaluating the totality of the most significant indicators.
