SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of water treatment at water treatment plants, namely to water purification by filtration. A filter of a water treatment plant containing a cylindrical housing with a lid and bottom, lower and upper hatches placed on the side vertical cylindrical surface of the housing for servicing drainage and distribution systems and internal inspection of the surface of the filter material, characterized in that it is equipped with a service platform that is installed on the side vertical cylindrical surface of the housing under the upper service hatch and fixed to it by means of fastening elements, the service platform is equipped with a support and a working platform, made with a fence and a flooring, and the fence of the working platform is made in the form of a frame enclosing structure and is equipped with at least three safety belts, including stops, and the support of the working platform is made in the form of left and right braces, which are installed on the working platform on the left and right relative to the upper hatch for servicing the drainage and distribution system with the possibility of mounting on the vertical cylindrical surface of the filter housing by means of a bolted connection, moreover, the service platform is fixed on the vertical cylindrical surface of the filter housing directly by a fence, namely, the stops of each safety belt by means of a bolted connection, and the fastening elements of the support of the working platform and the stops of each safety belt of the frame enclosing structure to the vertical cylindrical surface of the filter housing are made in the form of a U-shaped bracket with a threaded hole, which is rigidly fixed on the vertical cylindrical surface of the filter housing, and a mounting plate with a hole, which is rigidly fixed on each stop of each safety belt and at one end of each support bracket.
