SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ultra-wideband radio imaging and can be used to authenticate microprocessor devices by constructing and analyzing their radio images. A method for radio wave authentication of microprocessor devices is proposed, using the registration of the electrical component of the electromagnetic radiation of the microprocessor and its subordinate periphery, after the supply voltage is applied to the device, at the time of configuring the processor for operation.
EFFECT: ability to remotely identify the microprocessor device.
