FIELD: earth magnet.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rare earth magnet based on R-Fe-B (in which R is a rare earth element), having a high coercive force, and a method for its manufacture. The rare earth magnet contains a main phase and a particle separating phase. The general composition is represented by the formula (R2(1-x)R1x)yFe(100-y-w-z-v)CowBzM1v·(R3(1-p)M2p)q·(R4(1-s)M3s)t, in which R1 is a light rare earth element, R2 and R3 is a medium rare earth element, R4 is a heavy rare earth element, M1, M2, M3 is a predetermined metal element. The main phase contains the core, the first part of the shell and the second part of the shell. The content of the middle rare earth element in the first part of the shell is higher than in the core, the content of the middle rare earth element in the second part of the shell is lower than in the first part of the shell. The second part of the shell contains heavy rare earth elements.
EFFECT: allows increasing the coercive force of the magnet.
