FIELD: feed industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the feed industry. A method for obtaining a dry extract of Sarepta mustard for a feed additive for farm animals and poultry is proposed, in which the raw material is ground and moistened in a 9-10% aqueous ethanol solution for 10 hours, then transferred to an extractor, poured with a 90% aqueous ethanol solution, heated up to 25°C and at the first stage, extraction is carried out under vacuum, after which the extract is drained, and the mass is re-poured with a 90% water-ethanol solution, heated to 25°C and extraction is carried out under vacuum, after which the extract is drained, the resulting mass is poured in distilled water at the third stage and extraction is carried out at a module of 1 kg÷2l for 30 minutes at a relative pressure of -0.97 kgf/cm2, after which the extract is also drained, the resulting extracts are combined and concentrated in a vacuum, and the thick extract is dried to dryness. Dried leaves of Sarepta mustard are crushed to a particle size of 5 mm. Also proposed is a method for obtaining a dry extract of Sarepta mustard for a feed additive for farm animals and poultry, in which the raw material is crushed and moistened in a 20% aqueous ethanol solution for 9 hours, then transferred to an extractor, poured with a 30% aqueous ethanol solution, heated to 25°C and in the first stage, extraction is carried out under vacuum, after which the extract is drained, and the mass is re-poured with a 90% water-ethanol solution, heated to 25°C and extraction is carried out under vacuum, after which the extract is drained, the resulting mass in the third stage is poured with distilled water and extraction is carried out at a module of 1 kg÷2l in for 30 minutes at a relative pressure of -0.97 kgf/cm2, after which the extract is also drained, the resulting extracts are combined and concentrated in a vacuum, and the thick extract is dried to dryness. At the same time, the dried roots of Sarepta mustard are crushed to a particle size of 5 mm.
EFFECT: invention allows optimizing the modes of water-ethanol extraction and drying, reducing the consumption of reagents and the duration of the process, increasing the yield of the target product and its quality, as well as reducing the cost of subsequent purification, concentration and drying of the resulting product.
