FIELD: pulp and paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used, for example, in the production of stationery types of paper. The paper production method includes preparing a composition for paper production from a filler and vegetable cellulose fibres, with a filler content in the amount of 1-50% of the dry weight of the fibres in the paper composition. The filler is pretreated with nanofiber cellulose by adding it to the filler slurry. As nanofiber cellulose, bacterial cellulose synthesized by the Komagataebacter (Gluconacetobacter) rhaeticus strain in an amount of 1-5% of the dry weight of the fibres in the paper composition is used.
EFFECT: strength of the paper is maintained at a high content of filler in it.
