FIELD: materials grinding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with a loading 2 and 3 unloading nozzles, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. The upper disc 4 consists of horizontal circular plates 7, rigidly connected to each other by means of vertical curved guides 8. A stepped conical hole 9 with an internal lining 10 having through radial prismatic channels 11 located symmetrically relative to two vertical planes of symmetry is made under the loading nozzle 2 in the horizontal circular plates 7. The smaller base of each radial prismatic channel 11 is (0.1…0.5) Dmax in width, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. A multistage rotor 12 with impact beaters 13 is rigidly fixed on the lower disk 5 on the same axis with the loading nozzle 2 and a stepped conical hole 9, in the lower part of which the spreading blades 14 are rigidly fixed. Annular gap between the surface of the inner lining 10 and the diameter described by the impact beaters 13 multistage rotor 12, exceeds 2Dmax. Each through radial prismatic channel 11 adjoins the trailing edge in the direction of rotation to the vertical curved guide 8, the height of which exceeds Dmax. The surface of the inner lining 10 between the through radial prismatic channels 11 is ribbed. The upper surface of the lower disc 5 and the lower surface of the upper disc 4 are made with rigidly fixed radial ribs 15 and 16, the minimum distance between these surfaces exceeds Dmax.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of the workflow.
