SUBSTANCE: offer relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to equipment for the production of profiles by bending sheet metal along straight lines. The device includes a fixed beam attached to racks, pressure and rotary beams, connection points of the fixed and pressure beam located at the edges of the fixed beam, placed on the fixed beam and connected to the pressure beam by an adjustable rod. In this case, the rotary beam has handles and is connected to the fixed beam by means of loops located along its entire length. The adjustable rods are made in the form of a threaded bolt-nut connection, the rotary beam is made composite, consisting of two parts, the first of which is connected by loops along the main bend line with a fixed beam and is equipped with additional racks. In this case, the handles are installed on the second part, which is connected by additional loops to the first one for turning along an additional bend line parallel to the main bend line. The rotary beam is equipped with an additional clamping beam with U-shaped brackets at the edges covering the edges of the rotary beam, with the possibility of longitudinal movement limited by stops located respectively on the first and second parts of this beam. When moving up to one stop in the direction of the second part, an additional clamping beam is made with the possibility of overlapping an additional line with fixing the parts from turning relative to each other, and when moving up to the second stop in the direction of the first part, the location of the edge facing the second part above the additional bend line and releasing the parts from fixing. The fixed beam at the edges is equipped with symmetrical projections with arcs with the center located on the axis of the loop of this beam, a crossbar is installed on these arcs with the possibility of moving and fixing, limiting the angle of bending of the sheet metal along the main bend line.
EFFECT: functionality is expanded due to the possibility of bending long edges due to the long base of the rotary beam and the possibility of manufacturing an open box body in one installation due to the possibility of a second bend of the long edge by means of a prefabricated rotary beam to obtain an additional bend line parallel to the main one.
