SUBSTANCE: disclosed is mounting of vehicle brake disc brake pads with radially extending brake disc located in both sides of pads (6) with brake pads (3), with rigid clamp (7) extending across braking pads (3) and spreading along clamp (7) by flat spring (9). This spring, on one side, by each of two ends of this spring rests on one support and, on the other side, on spring section located between spring ends - on side of clamp (7) facing from brake linings (3). One of two supports (62A) is located on shutoff or support element (60), which has the possibility of rotary movement around axis (13A), which propagates in circumferential direction of brake pad (3). On the shutoff or retaining element (60) there is at least one stop (64), which is located opposite response stop (48) made on brake pad (3).

EFFECT: technical result is solving problem of brake pads strong motions in certain motion states.
