SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment. A suturing device comprises case, two working sponges, suturing elements and an after-suture needle receiver. One of sponges is motionless, and the second is attached to the case and movable concerning the motionless sponge parallel to its working surface. The suturing elements are presented with straight atraumatic needles. The after-suture needle receiver is equipped with a needle retainer and a suture tension and fixation device. The atraumatic needles are established in the motionless sponge perpendicularly to its working surface. The motionless sponge is supplied with a pusher of needle moving in a rectilinear direction. The after-suture needle receiver is established on the mobile sponge.

EFFECT: invention provides minimised injured biological tissues been sutured and improved usability.
