SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy, housing and communal services and can be used in thermal power plants running on gas fuel. A heat and cold supply system is proposed, containing ABTT with single-stage absorption and with an evaporator, which is designed in such a way that it performs the functions of a condensing waste heat exchanger (CWHE) for utilizing the heat of flue gases from a gas boiler house or a CHP.
EFFECT: saving fuel during the heating season, reducing emissions of harmful substances, oxides CO2 (greenhouse gas) and Nox, with dried flue gases.
