FIELD: railway engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering as a system of guaranteed power supply to consumers of direct and alternating current of an electric locomotive and all cars. The system contains an external part consisting of two power channels that are identical and each of them contains: an input, a high-voltage distribution device, a step-down transformer, a medium-voltage distribution device, a converter transformer, a DC distribution device and a contact network and an internal part containing an electromechanical unit of an electric train and electromechanical units (according to the number of cars). The first of these blocks contains a contactless high-voltage DC motor connected to the contact network, while a synchronous generator with permanent magnets is installed on one end of the shaft, designed to supply three-phase alternating current consumers of an electric train, and an alternator is placed on the other end to supply direct current consumers of an electric locomotive. In addition, the voltage of the specified generator is supplied to a contactless low-voltage DC motor of the electromechanical unit of the first car, which has these generators installed at the ends of the shaft, and so on from the first car to the last one. The corresponding motors of the blocks of all cars are connected to batteries, which are not discharged in the presence of the voltage of the alternator due to the separation diode, which is closed, so the electrical equipment of the electric locomotive itself and all cars is provided with electricity of the required kind and quality continuously.

EFFECT: provision of electric energy to consumers of direct and alternating current from the contact network.
