A method and analytical system for the diagnosis of lung cancer are proposed, including primers and TaqMan probes for sequences of 7 combinations of 10 micro-RNAs: miR-107/miR-222-3p, miR-19b-3p/miR-484, miR-150-5p/miR-144-5p, miR-484/miR-374a-5p, miR-484/miR-324-5p, miR-22-5p/miR-324-5p, miR-374a-5p/miR-133b.

EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides development of a method for the differential diagnosis of malignant lung tumors with 100% sensitivity, specificity and accuracy.
