SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to molecular oncology, and can be used for minimally invasive diagnosis of glioblastomas. Microrna expression is analyzed in the plasma sample. The diagnostic value R is calculated using the formula: R=0.201*RC`hsa-miR-5010-3p` + 0.143*RC`hsa-miR-670-3p` + 0.169*RC`hsa-miR-6782-5p` + 0.160* RC`hsa-miR-1225-3p` + 0.111*RC`hsa-miR-6720-5p` + 0.091*RC`hsa-miR-654-5p` + 0.121*RC`hsa-miR-1304-5p` + 0.121*RC`hsa-miR-758-3p` + 0.117*RC`hsa-miR-1180-3p` + 0.129*RC`hsa-miR-6852-3p` + 0.133*RC`hsa-miR-3180-3p` `, where RC are miRNA values obtained from next generation sequencing. With an R value above 137.554, glioblastoma is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides effective minimally invasive diagnostics of glioblastomas by using the original formula for calculating the diagnostic value R based on the number of genome-aligned hsa-miR-5010-3p, hsa-miR-670-3p, hsa-miR-6782-5p, hsa-miR microRNA reads -1225-3p, hsa-miR-6720-5p, hsa-miR-654-5p, hsa-miR-1304-5p, hsa-miR-758-3p, hsa-miR-1180-3p, hsa-miR-6852 -3p, hsa-miR-3180-3p.
