FIELD: molecular biology.

SUBSTANCE: described is a method for simultaneous quantitative determination of at least two microRNAs in venous blood plasma. Method includes extraction of RNA, conducting reverse transcription with primers and subsequent polymerase chain reaction in "real time" using selected primers and fluorescent-labelled TaqMan probes, as well as multiplex mode of detection of one of microRNA together with miR-39, taken as a marker of efficiency of RNA extraction.

EFFECT: possibility to perform all stages of analysis in one analytical series.
