SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fixing and separating pop-up buoys and can be used as a disconnector for pop-up underwater vehicles, submerged underwater equipment and devices for mariculture. The actuating device of the acoustic disconnector is made in the form of a gas-generating starting element, electrically connected to a hydroacoustic receiving device and triggered by a signal from the hydroacoustic receiving device. A portion of the gas jet coming out of the gas-generating starting element is enough to push out the sliding support rod, which is a support barrier for the shaped articulated arm of the disconnector holding the load, which leads to the execution of the function of the disconnector. The movable support rod is made in the form of a flat figure, located in one position when it is a support for the shaped articulated arm, located in another shifted position when it is not a support.
