The processing circuit of the acoustic signal received from the acoustic signal receiver has the function of determining the time of receiving the pulse signal and the function of obtaining the calculation of the measured speed of sound from the difference between information about the time of the signal and the received time of receiving the digital signal, taking into account the delay in the delay lines and taking into account the presence of reference synchronization in time both in the signal generation circuit and in the acoustic signal processing circuit.

EFFECT: speed and accuracy of measuring the speed of sound in a liquid medium is increased.
