FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to woodworking and may be used for producing square-edged wood works. The logs are separated with the initial cuts made in parallel to the first longitudinal medium plane. They are separated into the medium and external parts. After that the external parts are separated with the second cuts to produce wood works. Besides the second cuts are made parallel to the second longitudinal medium plane, located at right angle to the first longitudinal medium plane. Prior to the second cutting, angular recesses in cross section are made in the external parts.
EFFECT: production of high-quality boards.
