FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the clutches of vehicles. A two-flow clutch contains a housing, a drive disc, driven discs on coaxially arranged primary shafts, a pressure disc, a support disc and a clutch switching drive mechanism. An additional disk is installed between the support disk and the casing in the axial direction, spring-loaded in the axial direction relative to the casing. There are rotary stops, levers, movable supports made in the form of carriages with rollers, and latches. The part of the surface of the support disk interacting with a pair of rollers is made in the form of stepped truncated cones. The heights of the cones are determined by the established ratios and depend on the force acting on the pressure disc through the traction when the clutches are engaged, the lengths of the lever arms and the stiffness of the springs.
EFFECT: uniform wear of the friction pairs is achieved.
