METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING AN UNDERGROUND TUNNEL RESERVOIR IN A ROCK SALT RESERVOIR OF LIMITED CAPACITY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC B65G5/00

Abstract RU 2756076 C1

FIELD: underground structure construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of underground reservoirs by dissolving rock salt through vertical and directional wells. According to the invention, casing and technological columns of pipes are installed on a vertical well. Then, the directional well is wired after a deviation from the vertical along a wave-like trajectory until it reaches a horizontal trajectory under the rock salt layer, followed by lifting above the sole of the formation and reaching a horizontal position near the sole of the formation. After the linkage of the wells, the salt is dissolved by supplying water through the technological column of the pipes of the directional well with the selection of brine along the technological column of the pipes of the vertical well.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the stability and reliability of an underground reservoir by preventing the dissolution of salt near the shoe of the casing of a directional well.
