FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to a technique designed for peeling grain and buckwheat seeds. The husker contains an internal working body in the form of a rotating hemisphere and an external working body in the form of a truncated hemisphere installed vertically and coaxially with a gap for the passage of grain. The working bodies are installed with the bases down. The internal working body has a rubberized external working surface. The external working body has an internal rubberized surface. The distance between the internal working organ and the external working organ in the upper part is more than the size of the buckwheat grain, in the lower part less than the size of the buckwheat grain to larger that the size of the buckwheat kernel. Under the working bodies there is a container for collecting the peeling product. The husker also has a means for loading, made in the form of a hopper and an electric motor.
EFFECT: use of the invention will increase the efficiency of peeling buckwheat grain.
