EAR PROBE KIT FOR HEARING TESTING Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B1/227

Abstract RU 2756248 C2

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a diagnostic device for checking the functioning of a patient’s auditory system. An ear probe kit contains a case structure having a proximal side and a distal side. At least the first converter and the second converter are located in the case structure. The first converter contains the first audio port, and the second converter contains the second audio port. At least one channel structure contains at least an input for the first converter and an input for the second converter, made with the possibility of receiving the first and second audio ports, respectively. The channel structure protrudes from the proximal side of the case structure. At least one channel structure forms the sound path between the first and second converter and the end part of the ear probe. The end part is made with the possibility of connecting to the channel structure. The end part additionally contains a set of built-in acoustic channels. The set of built-in acoustic channels is made with the possibility of connecting to the channel structure in a detachable way. The channel structure contains at least three channels. Each channel contains one of converter inputs. Each channel is made with the possibility of connecting to the corresponding acoustic channel of the end part at its proximal end and is made with the possibility of receiving the first and second audio ports of the first and second converter to the remote end of the channel structure. A filter is located in each of three channels of the channel structure. The filter is an interchangeable earwax filter.

EFFECT: invention is characterized by the fact that the penetration of earwax into the channel structure can be stopped by the earwax filter before it enters audio ports of converters.
