SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems for delivering medical fluids to patients. Reusable consumable kit (RCK) comprising: at least one syringe having a proximal end and a distal end spaced from the proximal end along the longitudinal axis, a filling port and an outlet opening on the distal end of the at least one syringe and a plunger configured to reciprocate in the inner cavity of the at least one syringe between the proximal end and the distal end; a collector, communicating by sampling fluid medium with outlet of each of at least one syringe; at least one rotary valve communicating fluidly with the inner cavity of at least one syringe, wherein at least one rotary valve has a valve head with a groove recessed into the valve head, where the groove has a projection on one end of the groove limiting the wing orientation of the fluid injection mechanism connection mechanism by one self-aligned orientation, wherein said at least one rotary valve is configured to rotate between a filling position to fill the inner cavity of at least one syringe with a fluid through the flood port and a dispensing position for dispensing fluid from the inner cavity of at least one syringe into the manifold through the outlet; and at least one connecting port in fluid communication with header and inner cavity of at least one syringe, when said at least one rotary valve is in dispensing position, wherein filling port is in fluid isolation from inner cavity of at least one syringe, when at least one rotary valve is in dispensing position. Other RCK embodiments are also disclosed.
