FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to equipment for rehabilitation of movement of upper and lower limbs. Equipment includes a robotic arm, a connection device, a gear wheel system, two engines, a driver, software of virtual or augmented reality, a control and management system, and a screen. The robotic arm has a proximal end and ends with a distal end. The robotic arm includes a bigger rod having a length in the range from 1 cm to 100 cm, and a smaller rod having a length in the range, essentially, from 5 cm to 50 cm. The connection device is connected to the distal end of the robotic arm and is made with the possibility of attachment to a distal end of an upper or lower limb. The gear wheel system is functionally connected to the proximal end of the robotic arm, and it includes two opposite gears, a satellite gear, and a connecting element. Engines are functionally connected to the gear wheel system. Each of two engines is made with the possibility to directly drive one of two opposite gears. Both opposite gears are made with the possibility to drive the satellite gear. The driver is electrically connected to engines. The control and management system is connected to the driver and software of virtual or augmented reality. The screen is connected to software of virtual or augmented reality. Equipment is made with the possibility of moving the robotic arm in a three-dimensional space along curvilinear trajectories. When only distal end of the upper or lower limb is connected to equipment, the limb is hung in the space.
EFFECT: increase in the rehabilitation efficiency is achieved.
