FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to a method and a system for neurorehabilitation. When executing the method, a task is given to perform movement of the trained object using a visual display device of the job or its execution. Brain activity signal recording device is recorded. Recorded cerebral activity signals are transmitted to a computer with software associated with the database. Signals of cerebral activity required for interpretation are selected using a computer with software, a signal of visual evoked potential is picked up. Extracted signals are interpreted by means of comparison with the database. Robotized device or visual display device is generated based on interpretation of registered signals of brain activity of a command. Robotic device is exposed to the trained object. Signal is transmitted to a visual display device. Represented on the device is a visual display of the executed task. Computer is configured to transmit commands to the robot device and to the visual display device according to the receive-transmit principle.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of motor rehabilitation in diseases of central nervous system due to use of system and method of neurorehabilitation and methods of this invention, stimulating recovery of paralyzed extremity mobility by forming neural biological feedback between intention of patient to perform limb movement and its implementation.
