FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The device for the open reposition of displaced columns of the acetabulum consists of a wire, a fixing screw with a longitudinal channel and a hole in the head for a screwdriver. The wire is permanently fixed in the internal longitudinal channel of the fixing screw in such a way that the above-mentioned screwdriver can enter the hole of the head of the fixing screw with the possibility of tightening the acetabulum column. The invention provides the implementation of all the necessary elements of manipulation for the most accurate open reposition of columns and fragments of the acetabulum from the acetabulum side, corresponding to the requirements of a gentle reposition that prevents traumatization of soft tissues associated with fragments and columns of the acetabulum, allowing for reliable fixation of columns and fragments of the acetabulum from the acetabulum side, preventing secondary displacement of columns and fragments of the acetabulum depressions, contributing to the early activation of the patient in the postoperative period with a simultaneous sufficient increase in the quality of his life.
EFFECT: invention provides the implementation of all the necessary elements of manipulation for the most accurate open reposition of columns and fragments of the acetabulum from the acetabulum side.
