FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, namely to sports rowing of a group of rowing vessels; it can be used during training for monitoring and qualitative and timely correction of the training process of athletes-rowers. Previously, before launching, client computers with built-in software are installed in the group of rowing vessels along their central longitudinal axis, wherein training parameters are downloaded to the client computer before training begins and are controlled automatically or manually. Then, client computers are combined into a local network using a coach computer with server software, additionally equipped with an information display device. At the same time, an athlete is equipped with a chest module that includes a group of sensors with wired and wireless connections and a voice detector. After that, the client computer is started. Then, the coach assigns conditions of training load parameters individually to each rower. Next, the training in the water area is carried out in three stages, including a warm-up, a main part and a cool down. Then, the main part is divided into several segments, on each of which the athlete performs a training session with the specified parameters of the training load. In the monitoring mode, groups of athletes transmit and collect the received data of training load parameters to the system server, memory accumulation and information processing of individual athletes during training. The registration of parameters of the training load is carried out with a discreteness of 5-10 s. At the same time, the server of the coach computer provides visual information to a screen of the information display device. After that, the coach, from his workplace, selects a vessel of the controlled athlete during a race. At each segment of the distance in real time, the coach conducts visual monitoring of his position in the water area and parameters of the training load: speed, pace, distance traveled and physiological parameters of the athlete, corrects them with the help of voice detector messages generated by his commands, and if critical physiological parameters of the rower are exceeded, the detector is triggered automatically or manually by the coach decision.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining the method for operational correction of parameters of training loads of athletes-rowers.
