FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: first invention relates to a particle with a "core-shell" structure, including a core containing a perfluoropolymer and a shell containing a non-fluoride resin, at a coating degree of 90% or more, wherein the perfluoropolymer constitutes polytetrafluoroethylene, a tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroethylene(alkylvinyl ether) copolymer or a tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer, and the non-fluoride resin constitutes a polymer based on a non-fluoride monomer selected from a methacrylic ester and a styrene monomer, wherein the core and the shell have a core/shell mass ratio in the range from 99.9/0.1 to 30/50, wherein the particle is used as a dropping inhibitor, a coating material additive, a sliding agent, a low dielectricity agent, a hydro- and oleophobic agent, an anti-adhesive agent, an anti-vibration agent or a melt tension regulator. The group of inventions also relates to a dispersion and a powder containing the particles and to a method for producing the particle.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures production of "core-shell" particles characterised by excellent dispersibility.
