FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fluorinated copolymer composition used in products. The fluorinated copolymer composition contains thermoplastic resin A having shear stress (τA) from 0.11 to 0.4 MPa, when measuring with a capillary rheometer at a shear speed of 243 c-1 and at 360°C in accordance with ASTM D3835, and fluorinated elastomer B dispersed in thermoplastic resin A and having an average size of disperse particles from 0.1 to 50 mcm. At the same time, the ratio of viscosity of thermoplastic resin A to viscosity of fluorinated elastomer B is more than 1.1 and less than 1.3, when measuring viscosity with the capillary rheometer at a shear speed of 12.1 c-1 and a temperature of 360°C in accordance with ASTM D3835. A cast product obtained by casting under pressure of press mass containing a fluorinated copolymer composition, an extruded product obtained by extrusion of a fluorinated copolymer composition, and a method for the production of a fluorinated copolymer composition are also described.
EFFECT: provision of excellent impact strength, while saving desired thermal resistance, mechanical properties, and moldability of composites of a fluorinated copolymer composition.
