SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps, compressors and engines. According to invention, proposed rotary internal combustion engine has body with supports, crankcase, shafts on supports displaced in parallel relative to each other, and cylinders with pistons. Cylinder with systems and mechanisms providing working cycle is mounted on one shaft, and lever hinge-connected with piston is coupled with other shaft. Intake and exhaust valves are arranged in cylinder head, and engine crankcase can be made for combined rotation with cylinder.
EFFECT: provision of rotary internal combustion engine featuring reduced vibratory load and mass-and-dimension characteristics.
