FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is a system for laying and developing cemented coal in a longitudinal slope of a quarry, as well as a development process utilising the claimed system. The system for laying and development includes a roadheader automatically heading a tunnel under the longitudinal slope for the purpose of coal mining. A mechanical manipulator is hingedly attached on the roadheader, connected with the outlet end of the stowing pipe. The manipulator passes and lays the stowing pipe in the tunnel. The inlet end of the stowing pipe is connected with the external stowing material supply pump. The stowing material supply pump has an external connection with the inlet of a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve. Two outlets of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve are connected with the stowing pipe in the tunnel and the external waste water tank, respectively. A vertical hole is drilled in the bench floor before the developed space of the tunnel. An embedded control tube is installed in the hole. Electrodes with an external connection with the electromagnet of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve by means of electric wires are located accordingly on both sides inside the control tube above the bench floor.
EFFECT: improvement in the technology of development, as well as an increase in the safety of mining and the stability of the slope.
