FIELD: LNG handling.
SUBSTANCE: system consists of a loading and unloading manipulator and a three-dimensional intelligent monitoring and control platform; the loading and unloading manipulator is used to realize automatic coupling and emergency uncoupling between the LNG vessel. Safe and fast loading and unloading of LNG, and in particular heavy-duty onshore intelligent LNG loading and unloading system. The system consists of a loading and unloading manipulator and a three-dimensional intelligent monitoring and control platform; the loading and unloading manipulator is used to realize automatic coupling and emergency uncoupling between the LNG vessel and the LNG pipeline in the storage tanks of the LNG terminal; the three-dimensional intelligent monitoring and control platform is designed to realize the monitoring and control of the loading and unloading process of the manipulator online in real time. According to the present invention, by using the automatic coupling function based on visual information processing and real-time intelligent control and monitoring, the level of automation and intelligence of a heavy-duty onshore LNG loading and unloading system is greatly improved.
EFFECT: loading and unloading manipulator maintains the gravitational balance in all rotation positions, thereby greatly reducing the unbalanced inertia force when the system moves, reducing the load on the drive mechanism, and improving the stability of the system movement.
