FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in the oil industry in the repair of the bases of vertical cylindrical metal tanks to restore their bearing capacity. The method for repairing the base of vertical metal tanks for oil and oil products includes restoring the base cushion and filling the voids under the bottom of the tank and in the places of the slammers with a waterproofing compound. Before restoring the base cushion and filling the voids under the bottom of the tank and in the places of the slammers with a waterproofing compound, a hole is cut out in the bottom of the tank, in its central part, and an instrumental examination of the state of the base is carried out. A loading device is installed in the hole cut out in the bottom of the tank for supplying a waterproofing composition under the bottom of the tank, the subsequent restoration of the base cushion and filling the voids under the bottom and in the places of the slammers with a waterproofing composition is performed layer by layer by pumping the waterproofing composition under pressure with simultaneous or subsequent compaction by vibration. The injection of the lower layer of the waterproofing composition is carried out under a pressure of up to 6.5 kgf/cm2 until the base cushion is leveled and the voids under the bottom and in the places of the slammers are filled, taking into account the results of an instrumental examination of the condition of the base, while fine-grained concrete modified with a water-reducing agent is used as a waterproofing composition of the lower layer. polymer additive having a density of 2.3-2.35 g/cm3, spreadability of 20-22 cm, water-cement ratio of 0.45, strength at 28 days of age 200-300 kg/cm2 and water resistance of 14-20, after which a technological exposure is performed for 3-4 hours. After technological exposure of the waterproofing composition of the lower layer, the upper layer of the waterproofing composition is injected to the design mark of the waterproofing layer, and the upper layer of the waterproofing composition is injected with an increase in pressure from 2.5 kgf/cm2 at the initial stage of injection to 6.5 kgf/cm2 at the final stage injection, while fine-grained concrete modified with a plasticizing polymer additive is used as a waterproofing composition of the upper layer, having a density of 2.3-2.35 g/cm3, a spreadability of 25-30 cm, a water-cement ratio of 0.45, strength at 28 days of age 200-300 kg/cm2 and water resistance 12-16. After curing and the main shrinkage of the waterproofing composition, using a loading device, the formed shrinkage gap between the surface of the upper layer of the waterproofing composition and the bottom of the tank is filled with a corrosion inhibitor under pressure up to 10 kgf/cm2, after which the loading device is dismantled and a patch is installed on the hole cut in the bottom of the tank and weld it to the bottom of the tank.
EFFECT: invention improves quality of repair work, ensures a reduction in the timing of repair work.
