FIELD: engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of dehydration of solutions of heat-sensitive thermoplastic materials and can be used in the chemical, building and other industries, in particular, for production of a plasticising additive for concrete, mortars and dry building mixtures. The apparatus is comprised of a body with a gas distribution grid for a liquefying agent, a spent gas outlet branch pipe and at least one drying agent supply branch pipe, located wherein is a nozzle for supplying the dehydrated solution. Inert bodies are placed in the above-grid space of the body, at least one cooling agent supply branch pipe is placed in the body, and the spent gas outlet branch pipe is used to remove dehydrated particles of the heat-sensitive thermoplastic material from the apparatus. The temperature of the drying agent in the spraying jet is higher than the softening temperature of the heat-sensitive material, the temperature of the liquefying agent is lower than the softening temperature of the heat-sensitive thermoplastic material, and the temperature of the cooling agent is lower than the softening temperature of the thermoplastic material and lower than the shearing temperature of the thermoplastic material from the inert bodies.

EFFECT: energy consumption is reduced, the range of application of suspended layer apparatuses is expanded.
