FIELD: reciprocating machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reciprocating machines. The machine contains a crankcase, in the walls of which two pivots 2 are coaxially installed in the bearings, connected to the output shaft 3 and synchronized with it and with each other. A planetary crankshaft 6 with at least one connecting rod neck 7 is installed in the pivots 2 and in the bearings. A piston 9 is installed in the cylinder 10, mounted on the crankcase. The connecting rod 8 is connected to the piston 9 by means of a two-way spherical joint 12 and is mounted on the neck 7 by means of a spherical bearing 13, the outer cage of which is fixed in the connecting rod 8, and its inner cage covers the neck 7. The distance from the axis of the neck 7 of the shaft 6 to the axis of its root neck 5 and the distance from the axis of the neck 5 to the axis of rotation 11 of the pivots 2 are equal to each other. The connecting rod 8 is covered by a guide element 14, which provides the possibility of angular displacement of the connecting rod 8 relative to the axis of the cylinder 10. The element 14 is fixed relative to the cylinder 10 and the crankcase in the interface zone of their internal surfaces.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the requirements for the accuracy of manufacturing the main parts and a reduction in contact loads in the zone of sliding coupling of the piston with the cylinder.
