FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive equipment, namely to shaped charges. The shaped charge comprises a body with an explosive substance (explosive) placed therein and conical lining, a bottom with an initiating charge, wherein a multi-layered inert insert is placed between the lining and the initiating charge. The inert insert is made of an anisotropic polymeric material and consists of two parts, wherein one part is bonded with the explosive and the other with the initiating charge. The part of the insert bonded with the explosive is made in the form of a disk with a conical protrusion facing the lining. A cavity in the form of a truncated cone with a flat bottom is formed in the disk on the side of the initiating charge. The lateral surface of the cavity forms an acute angle with the conical protrusion. The part of the insert bonded with the initiating charge is made in the form of a circular plate, formed along the axis whereof on the side of the explosive is a protrusion in the form of a truncated cone with a flat top. The lateral surface of the protrusion corresponds in shape and size to the inner surface of the cavity of the part of the insert bonded with the explosive. A gap is formed between the bottom of the cavity and the top of the protrusion.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability of operation of the shaped charge.
