SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication technology, specifically in the context of a radio access network (RAN) NR. Invention discloses, in particular, a method of operation of user device (10) in radio access network. Method comprises a step of transmitting an acknowledgment signalling based on a codebook, wherein the codebook associates a bit pattern comprising one or more sub-templates, with acknowledgment signalling, wherein each sub-template represents acknowledgment information according to the reporting type, wherein the codebook groups sub-templates based on their reporting type.
EFFECT: improved processes of acknowledgment signalling, due to increased reliability and predictability of process of acknowledgment signalling.
