SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy technology. An adjustable nozzle for two-flow dispersion of a metal melt is proposed. The nozzle consists of a coaxial Laval nozzle of the first gas flow of dispersion and a coaxial Laval nozzle of the second gas flow of dispersion. The upper part of the Laval coaxial nozzle of the first gas flow of dispersion is a screw with an external thread in the upper part and two conical surfaces with different angles in the lower part. The lower part of the Laval coaxial nozzle of the first gas flow of dispersion is a housing with an internal thread, a hole for tangential gas input and an internal hole, which in the lower part has two conical surfaces with different angles. The upper part of the Laval coaxial nozzle of the second gas flow of dispersion consists of a vertical carriage, which in the lower part has an external thread and two external conical surfaces with different angles of inclination, an annular groove and a hole for gas input. The lower part of the Laval coaxial nozzle of the second gas flow of dispersion consists of a vertical nut with an internal thread and an outlet in the form of two conical surfaces with different angles. The upper part of the Laval coaxial nozzle of the first gas flow of dispersion and the upper and lower parts of the Laval coaxial nozzle of the second gas flow of dispersion are equipped with actuators.

EFFECT: advantage of the invention is the optimization of the dispersion process, obtaining a high-quality metal powder with high dispersion, uniformity and spherical shape of the particles.
