FIELD: rescue service.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rescue equipment. Mobile rescue system (MRS) incorporates a remote-controlled rescue bell (RRB), launch and recovery device (LRD), mounted on a special foundation with an ice securing mechanism, for launching (recovering) the RRB, a remote-controlled unmanned underwater vehicle of the working class with its LRD, an autonomous power plant for providing electric power to the RRB, a remotely controlled unmanned underwater vehicle (RUUV) and LRD, metal frame polar heated tents for protection from the cold, hydroacoustic station for additional search of an emergency submarine and communication with it, means for creating an ice clearing.
EFFECT: implementation of rescue actions of the mobile rescue system to assist the personnel of the emergency submarine is ensured.
