SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to polymer thermal insulation mats, insulation materials, and concerns a method for manufacturing a heat-insulating material with a sound absorption function. The method contains the stages of manufacturing the first layer in the form of a film coating and the second layer in the form of a non-woven bulk fabric based on polyester fibers. The film coating of the first layer is made of polypropylene strips with their plain weave, with a width of strips from 2.5 to 7.5 mm. Next, an intermediate film layer is made, on which a rubber-based adhesive glue layer is applied on both sides, while the thickness of the adhesive glue layer on one side is from 20 to 30 mcm. Then protective anti-adhesive coatings are applied to the adhesive glue layers. Next, the anti-adhesive coating is removed from the side of the adhesive glue layer with a thickness of 20 to 30 mcm; the intermediate film layer from the side of the removed anti-adhesive coating is rolled with laminator shafts to the first layer; and then the first layer with the intermediate layer already applied to it, after removing the anti-adhesive coating on the other side, is rolled with the laminator shafts to the second layer.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the sound absorption of a heat-insulating material.
