FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: sound adsorbing material comprises layered non-woven fabric with weight per area unit equal to 150-800 g/m2 and volume density equal to 0.01-0.2 g/cm2 and surface material with air permeability not more than 50 cm3/cm2/s measured according to JIS L-1096 standard. The non-woven fabric and surface material are arranged in layers by binding, amount of binding points for the non-woven fabric and surface material amounts to 30 points/cm2 at most, and the relation of the total binding point square to the total binding point square and points without binding amounts to 30% at most.
