SUBSTANCE: isolated antibody to PD-1 is proposed. Nucleic acid encoding the antibody according to the invention, cloning and expressing vectors, a host cell and methods for expressing or isolating antibodies are also proposed. The invention also relates to immunoconjugates and pharmaceutical compositions containing antibodies according to the invention and to the use of antibodies against PD-1 in methods for the treatment of cancer.
EFFECT: invention provides for binding human and mouse PD-1 with high affinity, which allows obtaining more options of animal models in preclinical studies when assessing the security and simplifies the development of a drug.
